Update: I received a response and was reimbursed for what the labor charge would have been. I'm updating this review to 4 stars because I believe the communication could be better. The plumber is a one-man operation, and the quality of work and professionalism during the original installation were excellent. Although he no longer services my area, I had a water heater installed, and while it started leaking, I was able to reach out to another plumber who could service the unit under warranty. Overall, I'm pleased with the outcome.

Typically, I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Sunland Air Conditioning Repair. I reached out to Marc around 9:00pm - not exactly a typical hour to call a plumber. Regardless, he picked up on the second ring and immediately started helping me over the phone. I described my non-emergency situation, and he assured me he could be there first thing in the morning - perfect! However, unexpected work obligations arose at 5am, making it impossible for either myself or my husband to miss work that day. I quickly sent a message to Marc, not wanting to hinder his other obligations. In less than a minute, he responded to my text. His prompt communication, exceptional customer service, and evident care for his clients were truly impressive. Previously, I had served Marc pizza during his lunch breaks at a local pizza shop. When my husband finally conceded that we needed a professional plumber, I knew exactly who to call. From now on, I'll always recommend Gage, Josiah, and Marc from Sunland Air Conditioning Repair. Title: Water Filter Installation. Being in my 70's, I've owned numerous houses and apartments, so I've interacted with countless home service providers. This is why I can genuinely express that the service I received from this particular plumbing company was top-notch. They were utterly professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Robert and his team were a joy to work with. We had a query about the installation of an undersink water filter that we purchased and had installed by them. Robert personally came over to our house to answer our questions. I had a great experience with Sunland Air Conditioning Repair for my plumbing needs. I called on a Saturday afternoon because my Navien tankless water heater wasn’t providing any hot water. Even though Robert was out of town, he took the time to guide me through a reset to fix the issue, so now I have hot water again! Who goes above and beyond like that? Sunland does! I’ll definitely call back on Monday to schedule an appointment for flushing my tankless water heater. I truly appreciate the patience and care shown towards my situation.

I faced issues with leaking shutoff valves under my kitchen and bathroom sinks—one was so severe that I had to turn off the main water supply. Gage responded promptly within an hour after I reached out to Sunland Air Conditioning Repair and had my water system functioning again swiftly. The next day, Gage and Jaime both visited to replace all my old and evidently unreliable shutoff valves. They completed this task quickly and offered a very reasonable price. They explained all the repairs and costs transparently before beginning work. Both were knowledgeable, amicable, and extremely easy to collaborate with. We were in the process of changing our toilet and had been dealing with ongoing drainage troubles. Our floors are made of concrete, so the plumbing work wasn't a piece of cake. We initially had a plumber named Nathan assigned to the task, but due to the complexity of the job and his tight schedule, he had to back out. Thankfully, a professional plumbing service came to our rescue. Although we were a bit outside of their usual service area in Sunland, and they were quite busy, they managed to accommodate us. We had initially scheduled an appointment for a Thursday afternoon, which they were graciously fitting us into. However, about 45 minutes post the call, they informed us of an unexpected slot that afternoon, if we were available. True to their word, a friendly repairman named Cole showed up on schedule, prepared and eager to work. He was polite, professional, and demonstrated excellent knowledge in his field. He successfully completed the inground repairs and installed our new toilet. Based on this experience, I won't hesitate to recommend this plumbing service to my friends and family.
