I sold my services business with Chip Alstrin of Sunbelt Business Advisors and Brokers. It took a while, and they told me it might. I didn’t have to interview looky-loos or vet any buyers. Chip only presented me with qualified buyers. Once in escrow, Chip guided me throughout the process with weekly updates. I would highly recommend Chip and Sunbelt Brokers.

Wow talk about the worst first time potential client call...I spoke with a woman named Stacy and she was extremely condescending. I quote “we don’t provide lessons or tutoring for buying businesses we are a business brokerage.”- Stacy. In all my years, this is the epitome of a woman who lacks basic training in human interaction. I was calling to learn more about their firm as I was checking my options to see what brokerage was best fit for me for business because I am ready to buy multiple businesses. She didn’t stop there, she was giving me “lessons” for acquiring financing without even asking if I am already working with a lender....I thought she said they don’t give lessons. Completely arrogant woman. It is a shame.
