I lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it.

Pros:
- Location: in the center of River North- just a block away from lots of bars and restaurants. The area felt very safe to talk around at night.
- For the area, the prices are very reasonable.
- Tennis court, pool, gym that has basic equipment
- Secure (doorman, fob to enter elevator bank)

Cons:
- I would NOT recommend living on a lower floor- I lived on the third floor and woke up every night because of dump trucks hauling garbage.

The pandemic has thrown everything into chaos....yet a lot of businesses have come through garnering respect for the way they were able to adapt. The way amenities, which are the focal point for most people living in high rises, has been handled terribly here. Most buildings in this area have opened up gyms and made pools available on a first come basis or open reservations day of. Amenities aren’t strictly monitored during the week...both because the numbers don’t warrant it and because there is an understanding that at the end of the day, you are an adult and assuming your own risk by using common amenities. As of basically August now, our gym is still not open. Pool has barely opened in late July. Reservations open up for the pool and are booked for the next two weekends allowing for people to not even show up for their reso since they just booked time slots “in case”. Apparently for me to come up to my terrace on a Friday at 11am to just sit and make a call....is something I have to make a reservation for. No building I know of needs a reservation for someone to sit on a patio table. There’s a person monitoring things....7 days a week. Other buildings implement this only on weekends and have many many more residents. Our numbers don’t warrant this....perhaps the money used to hire someone to monitor people coming in on the terrace on a Friday morning (I’m the only one sitting here) should be used to figure out how to open our gyms up or update them (they’re out of date) or how to update this booking which is obviously out of date. With the amount of new high rises going up with better and newer amenities, it’s worth buying or renting somewhere else. So many new buildings going up are offering rent reductions due to the pandemic....and most likely a better handling of amenities that we all pay.

Love this building so much! The views are amazing and the amenities are brand new and always impeccable. The units are so beautiful, the management company is awesome and I have such fond memories in this building.

Cons:
Management is always late (claims open at 8:30 doesn’t show til past 9)
Homeless people consistently by both entrances (CVS and the LaSalle bridge bus stop)
Package room is slow
Lackluster fitness center with perpetually broken treadmills

Pros:
Friendly front desk
Decent pool and grill and singular tennis court

The management repeatedly made me feel that they were doing me a favor just by talking to me, despite the fact they were never actually helpful. Over priced, over hyped.
