Terrible company. I had a no show charge on my account that was a mistake (the office called ME to reschedule my appointment and did not remove the old appointment from the system). Small error, but I have now called this company twice and also spoke to the clinic staff once, and I keep getting billed. I actually watched a tech enter a note to billing on the screen at my visit. I even saw it again at the desk when I checked out. But Strategic Solutions' staff could not find it, or the first note they said they put in the file themselves after my first call. They finally called saying they had removed the charge and I have a zero balance. I asked them to send me a zero balance statement as proof, and she didn't know what I was talking about! I have wasted so much time on something so simple.

No one answers the phone!! I just want to pay my copay and I've been calling for 3 days!!! JUST ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL ME BACK. YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST

I spoke with a strategic solutions supervisor today (a week after my original review v) and am very pleased with her acknowledgment of the troubles I am having with my acct, her understanding and sympathy, and all her help with correcting the issues.

I am furious with this company! They never send bills, or anything acknowledging receiving payments. I've only ever recieved anything when I call and request an updated bill. I just found out today when I called to request an updated bill that my acct was sent to a collection agency. They claim it was sent in August and that they sent notice. They never sent notice just like they never sent bill's. I called the collection agency and they said they just received my acct this past month. This is ridiculous! I have been with my provider for the past 12 years and have made payments off memory since strategic solutions does not do electronic payments and does not send a monthly bill. I now cannot make an appt with my provider because my acct has been taken over by a collection agency. So frustrating!!!!

Horrible company. Unfortunately my (former?) doctor chose this company as his billing company. Any time I need to pay a bill I have to call them several times and they rarely ANSWER THE PHONE or respond to voicemail. To make matters worse, they sent me to collections even though I’d been to the doctor’s office a week before and paid. They don’t communicate with patients and apparently they don’t communicate with the doctors either.

I would give them a 0 if I could. They will not send me my bill, stating that they are waiting for info from Blue Cross. I have called them while sitting with a BC agent who sends them all the info they are requesting, only to be told they dont have enough info to send the bill. THEY sent me paperwork showing that BC paid for their share on 07/20/18, and still on 10/02/2018 they are telling me they dont have payment. THEIR paperwork says its paid....Ive never dealt with such an awful company

The worst Company to deal with, ever. Months and months an issue over $10 went on and on. Apparently, this company does not believe that Letters from Bank Managers and Bank Statements showing ACTUAL Charges paid on my account are accurate. Instead, they hold steadfast that the keypunch errors on THEIR end are correct and will not budge, or listen and at one point, I was even threatened on the phone. The last straw was when I spent an hour at my Bank, reviewing their ledger of my account with MY actual charges with the Bank Manager and it was concluded the discrepancy was on THEIR end, so we printed out all the Dr visit charges ( 9 total ) from Jan 2018 - Present ( Aug 2018 ) and I mailed it to Holly. OHHHH, but now that package just " Mysteriously vanished " and wasn`t received by them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE! The worst accounting EVER!!!!! You have been warned!

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. At best, its billing is ATROCIOUS. Over and over, bills are grossly lacking in that they fail to set forth the date of service, type of service rendered, the charge therefor, and whether any or all of the charges were submitted to primary or secondary insurance carriers, and whether payment has been made. I must say that it astounds me that I have NEVER, EVER received a response to any of my correspondence to this company. I'm shocked but not surprised.....truly a company of idiots, morons and imbeciles.

Poor communication and lack of knowledge within employees. They will hire anyone with a pulse. If you're having issues with anything billing related, good luck trying to come out with a solution. The billers will tell you anything without following up on the issue, but will note your account that you were wrong. If you receive a Final Notice in the mail, don’t be alarmed that you’ve missed previous phone calls regarding your balance, they’re not actually calling uou
