If you look at the intellegence level of most of the bad reviews, you will get the bigger picture. Tesa was my agent here and pulled through for me four times, finally landing me the job I am still at to this day. She listened to me about places that were not a good fit and kept information I gave her on the quality of these workplaces. I will stand behind this temp agency any day, any time before any temp agency. They do not discriminate. They understand we all have had our pasts as long as we work hard. All that's left to do is make sure your attendance is good, while representing yourself and the staffing agency in a good light and they will have your back.

Lies lies lies told us me and my husband we had jobs for like 4 days then I called the company we were supposed start and they said they had no openings for temp services. So instead of just telling us they don’t need anyone make us drive all the way to Madison to do paperwork and drug test and then make us wait 4 days with no start date still..... I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone

So I work for a company called Pro metals that Strategic sent me to it didn't work out but now someone at the company has taken my steel toes an they failed to look for them or pay me back for my steel toes am the worst part when I called to find out information about my steel toes they block my number or just don't answer when I called .only when I call private they answer or from a different number they answer I will never go to these people again for work .an I hope know one else does as well
