My personal experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare – riddled with incompetence, unresponsiveness, and constant letdowns. Strategic Holdings, known for its corrupt, immoral, and unscrupulous reputation, recently ceased managing apartments due to a surge in complaints and lawsuits. If you’re considering investing, proceed with caution and conduct thorough due diligence. The likelihood of them going bankrupt soon poses a significant risk, serving as a warning sign for any potential investor.

Exercise extreme caution with Strategic Holdings – a company that abandoned apartment management as of September 8, 2023. Their money-centric approach is a glaring testament to their lack of morality. During my 13-month residency at Park on the Square under their ownership at the time, I was subjected to exorbitant expenses totaling approximately $33,406.03. A professional review unveiled numerous discrepancies, adding to my consistent negative experiences with this unscrupulous company.

In the midst of the global Covid outbreak, Strategic Holdings heartlessly imposed daily late fees of $10 and a $75 charge on the fourth day of each month, all while hypocritically claiming to be our steadfast ally.

To fellow businesspersons, I strongly caution against any dealings with these immoral, greedy, corrupt and individuals at Strategic Holdings. Their exit from apartment management likely stems from a trail of lawsuits and complaints. Despite being a generous contributor, my attempts to shed light on their immorality through emails were met with a resounding silence.

As President & Chief Operations Officer James W. Backner touts “Accountability” on their website, the absence of a response to evidence and emails paints a vivid picture of their lack of responsibility. A once-paying customer left with unanswered questions, unresolved issues, and a bitter taste with regret! Steer clear of Strategic Holdings – a company that not only mismanages properties but deceives customers along the way! My emails highlighting their immorality went unanswered. James W. Backner’s whom on their website quotes about “Accountability” is nowhere to be found!

Cheryl might be the worst employee I've ever dealt with. I have had a payment agreement to pay off my balance that was made with Chelsey. When the property I was living at sold we were notified we would have to call to make our payments each month. We have done so every month since then, and we have paid on time every month as agreed upon. Cheryl calls us every month or 2 saying we haven't made a payment. We have reminded her of our agreement and asked her to notate that several times, she clearly has not or does not check notes before calling us. This morning she called me at 8:08am (which I'm aware is legal for collecting debts) telling me that I haven't made a payment since October 16, 2022. We send all of our money to 1 person who pays the agreed upon amount EVERY MONTH. So there has not been one single payment missed. The agreement was not for every person to pay a certain amount, it was just that a certain amount is paid by the 20th. It's harassing what she's doing, especially since we have not defaulted. I can't WAIT to get my balance paid off so I don't have to deal with her ANY MORE. She is clearly incompetent in her job roll. Do better.

This company is extremely unethical, and sad to say, racist. When working in customer service you have to deal with all types of people.. this company doesn't seem to understand that, and will go out of their way to patronize you... unbelievably sad.
