I am not a member of this Credit Union. However, I use their ATM at no charge because of my membership in Golden 1 Credit Union. Excellent location, I feel safe making a withdrawal of cash 💸 at this location.

ATM machines went down over a week and a half ago.Went in and they had no clue when they would be repaired. They have two of them outside and neither one works. Just another company that does not care about their customer base.

If you’re looking for any type of loan, you need to give them a call. I worked with Kimberlee, Ashley and Matthew and they are all phenomenal!!! I’ve been with valley strong for over 15 years and after working with these folks I’m taking my business to Strata! They treat you like family and they have the best loan terms/rates hands down. So glad I found this credit union!!! Have never had less than stellar service with all of my banking and loan transactions. Marissa at the Coffee branch is AWESOME!!!! Every time Marissa helps me she has a genuine positive attitude and goes above and beyond with professionalism - so nice to be greeted with a smile and kindness, as well as efficient service and knowledge to answer any of my questions accurately. I absolutely LOVE Strata Credit Union. Customer service is top notch. Mayra has been the teller to help me on multiple occasions and she is always very sweet and and greets me with a smile, she even asks how the family is doing. My new Strata debit card was lost in the mail, and Mayra was able to get me a replacement on the spot and even explained to me how to update card info using CARD SWAP service they provide! Thank you Strata, and thank you Mayra!
