Mary Ann is great at what she does! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and considerate of her clients' needs. She goes the extra mile to get her clients the best possible result. Her fees are fair & reasonable. You won't meet a nicer person!

The first year I decided to go with MaryAnn she sat down with me to go over my taxes along with prices. The second year I was charged more for my tax preparation (which caught me off guard) and never sat down with her to go over my taxes (takes time). After the 2nd tax season was over I tried to go over the differences of 1st year and 2nd year. She was reluctant and didn’t want to, she claimed she was expecting an appointment. I said I would wait, at that point she agreed to go over with me. At first she said “it was the time it took to complete my taxes”, which mind you nothing had changed. I pointed out there were extra forms made the 2nd year (pre addressed envelopes, 2 vouchers, and a recommended plan payment) and that takes more time but I didn’t request nor did I need this service. She then proceeded to tell me that her preparation fees went up. Very disappointed with her services. Watch what you get charged for because people will take where ever they can.
