I came here after a really bad in-home incident with a phlebotomist who blew out one of my veins it was a nightmare. I was so scared/skeptical to come and get my blood taken again and they took such good care of me. It was fast and pretty much painless and I was in and out within like five minutes, which was crazy. I almost couldn’t even believe it, I would come back! Super kind, helpful staff and they made me feel a lot safer.

I travel for business and fly into San Diego every few months to see Dr. Cicerone. I can't say enough about the process Dr. C and the Spark team took me through. They took their time to really understand me and what I was dealing with.

The doctor recommended we do some specialty lab testing which included a Food Sensitivity Test and that test was extremely eye-opening! I have been following my custom health plan they created for me and it has changed my life. Over the last few months I have dropped 15 LBS, my allergies have significantly diminished thanks to the food sensitivity testing and my overall vitality is way up too.

The Spark Team is organized, supportive and truly care that I am well and for that I am forever grateful. 🙂

Love love LOVE spark! The whole staff is amazing. I go very frequently, every week, sometimes more for their vitamin shots. The staff is sooo lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. They help me with my daughter when I’ve had to come with her, they’ve even kept the doors open when I’ve been a few minutes late. Absolutely wonderful staff. I’ve only had one negative experience a few months back with Dr Nathalie Rochert. I used to receive a service through spark that included bloodwork every three months. This was such an awesome bonus to the service I was receiving and more extensive than what I routinely get through my regular insurance. I was working with Dr Campbell, but she sadly left the clinic and they placed me with Dr Rochert. Upon viewing my blood work, Dr Rochert said my labs were indicative of kidney damage. I was absolutely freaked out, and asked her what I should do. She shrugged and said I should probably go in to see my doctor. I asked her if it was urgent and she said it was. I left the clinic in ABSOLUTE panic and even skipped my treatment. Informing the staff I needed to go be seen by my doctor before I continued. I went to the emergency room right after and had a repeat blood panel done. The emergency room doctor who reviewed the blood work I had gotten done through spark as well as through them said that it was indicative of dehydration but said I should follow up in a week. A few days later, I had additional bloodwork done and a follow up, and it was concluded that it was just dehydration the day of the blood draw. I called spark and spoke to Megan (she is WONDERFUL). She took it very seriously and said it would be addressed. She was very apologetic for my experience. I remember being very taken aback and confused by how someone who presents themselves as a doctor, equipped enough to go over lab work would jump to kidney damage when it was simply dehydration. To be honest, I thought it was a bit negligent on her part and dangerous to be telling patients information like that and have it be sooo far off. I spent the entire afternoon at the emergency room very scared as a result of what she said. The last time I was in, I saw she is still a doctor at spark which makes me a little wary. But, despite this experience, I still love spark and the entire staff. I still come weekly for my vitamin shots and will continue to do so. Nicole usually does them and she is absolutely wonderful as well. Maybe it was just a fluke, everyone makes mistakes, but I would avoid working with Dr Rochert.

Their staff is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and truly care each patient! A very special shout-out to Megan, Katie, and Nicole who always greet me with the biggest smile! Spark is wonderful. I’ve gone there to meet with the naturopaths, to get IV therapy, and to buy supplements. The front desk staff is always helpful. The doctors are knowledgeable and spend enough time with you to listen to everything. The IV therapy lounge is comfy, too. Would highly recommend this spot for everything.

I love coming to my appointments at Spark. Dr. Bradshaw helped me through a very difficult time in my health. She is so kind and generous with her time. She listens so well and offers so many great things we can do to tackle any problem. Judy is so amazing too. I have tricky veins and she is so patient. I actually look forward to seeing everyone who works there, they are all so warm and inviting. This is an investment into my health and it is well worth it. I am now also bringing my 19 year old daughter and 18 year old son...I believe in it so much❤️
