They were all great! We started out talking to a salesman. He spent so much time answering questions. He was off the Thursday we actually fill out paperwork and bought the pool, which was with one of the owners. They all took time and answered questions.

The installer, the Horton brothers, did a great job too! They were fun, took time to answer questions, and walk us through what we needed to do. Roman went above and beyond to tell us things that he didn’t have to, like to divert the gutter away from the pool. They didn’t mind us being out there and watching.

They all made our pool buying experience a joy!

Quality pool and products. Installer is very unprofessional and has a poor work ethic. Our $8k pool was supposed to be 54", it's 48" water level because of the skimmer placement. Initial install was done with faulty parts on a Friday. 3 days later installer was laughing about having done it while the pool was green. My yard was absolutely destroyed. 3 piles of dirt, one he said could be used for backfill on a pool that can't be buried. Also charged 700 to level yard, no receipt. Unfortunately can't recommend.

We love our pool , they are very friendly, The only problem we had is when they was selling us our pool we asked if they did decks and the women said yes. she started getting us prices and we had our little girl with us. she told us the price and said they do child locks on the door of the deck and we said good. she told us the lock was 300.00. we said ok that’s fine bc we wasn’t putting a fence up asap so that would we good.
so they put the deck up after the pool i get home from work and the lock is a latch like a 10-15.00 latch. so i called the people and they said spa and tubs said i got a regular latch. im like really. after taxes i paid $ 3630.00 for this deck and no child lock latch. so if you agree to that child lock latch make sure its on your paper.
that’s the only thing we had a problem with

Love our hot tub purchase! Wonderful customer service from Jonathan Pope who helped from my many text message with pre purchase question's, and as well the service men that delivered and set up the tub.
Chico (Jerome) and Dillon, your professionalism and friendliness, put together with your knowledge, wow! Thank you all so much from beginning to end. Absolutely would and will recommend!

If I could leave a zero score I would, I paid $15,000 for one of their hot tubs, it has had nothing but issues for the last two years we have had it. The last item has really frustrated me, the spa hard cover has leaked for months, they came and adjusted it, still leaked, next time I had to adjust it myself. After multiple tries….they finally asked for pictures of the top, I immediately sent pictures to Josh (owners son) as he made that a point to inform me! It has been 64 days since submitting them, I had to call them for an update, not the other way around! They stated that they received an email, that the warranty company is sending parts. I said, what parts, they said they didn’t tell them. I spoke to the owner Tiffany, she was no help at all, no apologies, nothing! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the way to buy a spa! Skip was amazing at educating me on all my options, providing me the info I needed, and walking me through every step. The delivery crew and setup were absolutely wonderful, also. They continued to make sure I was understanding and happy with every step of setup along with educating me on the upkeep after use. I could not be happier with my spa. If you have spa needs, this company is amazing!!!

Josh was very knowledgeable about my pool when he made the house call and a really nice person. The lady's at the shop were very helpful and polite when I went in to get water tested and buy supplies. I will continue to do business with them. Three years later, this is still who I do business with.

I was asked to change my review before because I did not purchase the pool from them and Shaun acted as an independent contractor for them. I agreed because Tiffany has been very helpful but unfortunately I did buy a liner from them and had it installed by the same contractors who they use. The liner is less than 2 months old and there is a hole in it from poor install. The only solution I was given was buy a patch and fix it. That's awesome and I will do that but to purchase a liner for $900 and less than 2 months old and have to patch that is ridiculous and then to be told to just patch it by the installer and by store. The hole is there due to the person installing it incorrectly and allowing a very sharp object to be left on top of a felt pad that is to prevent things from popping the liner.
