I had a WONDERFUL experience using this company. The office staff was extremely courteous, fast to respond, and thorough. The fabulous appraiser, Jennifer, was on time, and also got right back to me about some specific things I wanted to talk to her about. She was so friendly and SO helpful.... she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! This is a family owned and operated business and it really shows... they care about their clients! Loved them!

Very disappointed in his firms handling of an appraisal. I represent the seller and it has been under contract almost 2 months. There has been excuse after excuse to complete the appraisal in a timely manner and it's my understanding that he charged 3x the average rate to even complete. After finally booking and my pointing out to the owner of this firm that the closing was supposed to occur on 6/20/22, the report still hasn't been turned in and the buyer is almost out of their grace period on the contract. Happens too often on small affordable properties. More appraisers should be called out for unfair practices. I am posting this before receipt of the report. This is not a retaliation for them not appraising it appropriately. This is for charging unfair prices and not doing in a timely manner.
