AMAZING!
Sousa took over managing the house we are renting. The transition was extremely smooth the rental had some appliance issues and for a house with 3 kids 4yrs and younger and it being the weekend we were STRESSING because like most renters, we have been left hanging when issues like fridge other house issues happen. Not with Sousa Property!
(I have talked specifically with Jaclyn during most interactions, but the staff as a whole has been phenomenal!) Within making a matience report on our portal account we received a call within the hour with solutions and help on the how the problem could be resolved and what next steps would happen!
They have been extremely helpful since they took over last year! Very grateful to have a postive relationship with our property management!
