I enjoyed my stay here. The location is amazing, the view is amazing, family mart on the ground floor, and tons of restaurants close by.

Storage is available by the check in desk so that was a nice service. I wish they had some kind of good parking available nearby. I parked at the Daiwanet hotel next door, and overnight parking for one night was 20000yen!

This inn is in a good location for exploring Tokyo, right next to Shimbashi station. There is a little cafe downstairs. Rooms are small though, typical of Tokyo, and amenities are basic. The bed is comfortable and it is relatively quiet at night. Not luxury but solid place to stay.

We had 8 fantastic nights here at this hotel. This is a business hotel mostly designed for business guests but the location and the fantastic staff made it the perfect location for us to see Tokyo. It was very clean, had plenty of amenities and we booked really early so got a really good rate. It's only a 5 min walk to the station, and the Familymart is downstairs. Daily cleaning was available or just new towels were hung on the door in a bag at request if you didn't want a full service. Rooms are compact and no drawers available (but this is normal for Tokyo) however plenty of coathangers and space under the desk and end of the bed for suitcases. Utilising packing cubes helped us keep it all together. We were in room 8 facing the street and were never disturbed by noises from the train at all.

The staff are wonderful and were willing to help with anything we needed, including sending our luggage to the next hotel in Kyoto. If language was an barrier for technical terms they used translation devices but it is my firm belief that if you're going to Japan as a foreigner, you should learn some basic phrases in Japanese - it's not that hard! Thank you for the best time in Tokyo!

This hotel is less than 3mins from the shimbashi station, take hibiya exit and you should see a black model train as you exit. Then turn right and look for the family mart, the hotel is above. Check in is at 3 but they held our cases. Were we on the 9 floor in a deluxe room, small by western standards. The room was adequate for two adults with cases. There is complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. The toiletries were very good. The is a fridge but no safe. The WiFi was fast. I like the usb adapters provided and the pajamas. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door and it was OK. Had dinner there one night and it was good. The beds are comfortable and slept well. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the 4 am trains will wake you. The hotel is on a quiet street corner however. The family mart downstairs was excellent. I used the washing machine which was good, 500 yen for 120mins which included drying and detergent. You can see the time left on the flat screen TV in the room. There is also complimentary amenities from reception, loved the lotions and face mask. Excellent location and you will be spoilt for restaurant choice. There is a good Chinese restaurant behind the hotel. There is another choice for breakfast if you wanted a western breakfast but there was one lady serving and she ignored us so we left. We had breakfast from the family mart instead which was good. I would stay here again.

The front desk etiquette is very good, I can communicate in English. I forgot to give me the breakfast voucher, but later apologized to us in person. The window sound insulation is very good, and it takes no more than 2 trips to get to the scenic spots. It's more convenient than staying in Shinjuku. There is a convenience store downstairs, and there are several streets of snacks. You can buy breakfast vouchers downstairs and eat them yourself. The internet speed is too fast! Suitable for uploading videos! The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.

We reserved a 4 night stay 5/29. It took us 5 hours to check in. We were not happy with the room and the customer services at all. we accidentally booked smoking room and it smelled very smoky inside. We are not smoker at all. The staffs tried to help saying that they will purify the air and it will take 1 hour. So we returned to the room and we were able to tolerate the smell. When we turned on the air condition, the air smelled bad from the air conditioner. So we could not stay in the room without any circulating air. We waited and being very patience. they found an Annex room that sleeps 2 people for 3 of us. I was very irritating and frustrating. Where does the 3rd person sleep? This is 4 hours into back and forth talking translating. I was very exhausted and demanded to cancel the bookings. I usual don’t raised my voice. But I was being frustrated with them. They finally said they found 2 none smoking in another sister hotel 3 blocks there. The staffs called and spoke to the sister hotel about the situation. When we got to the sister hotel, the staffs did not quite understand. They charged $addition $208 USD to our credit card. We don’t understand why We demanded refund us $208. They said they will explain it tomorrow. We were so tired and could not deal with them. It was 1215am. It took more than 5 hours to find solution. Even if there is a difference, we should not need to pay the difference for staying at the sister hotel. Or we should not charge any addition money because it is their air conditioner problem. I would not stay here again. I need upper management to respond to my review this a remain a refund.

The photo is misleading. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. It’s so small that there is no room to open my luggage case. There is even no fan in the restroom. So the room is super humid after taking showers. Unless you have no other choices, this won’t be a pleasant place to stay.

It's a nice hotel, small room but ok and as expected. Nice helpful staff. Excellent area for walking and trains.
