Always great service and never have a problem with my taxes. Super efficient and helpful. I’ve been coming to Sonoma Tax for over 5 years. I’ve moved out of the area but will still make the 2 hr drive.

Two weeks ago I met with Ellery Francisco for an hour appt. and left all my tax documents. He told me the taxes would be done one week later on the following Tuesday. He said he would call that day to arrange a pick up time. On Tuesday he did not call. On Thursday I called and left a message with his secretary who said he would call later that day. No call came. The next day I called again and after waiting ten minutes on hold the secretary said he was busy with another client and to call back that afternoon. Instead I told her I would pick up my documents and go to another tax service.

My experience of Francisco was that he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and untruthful. He is not to be trusted which is needed when you need to rely on a tax preparer.

Sonoma Tax Service is great! They have your best interest in mind and save you lots of money! I was incredibly lucky to find Francisco. Not only is he knowledgeable about unusual issues, but he is compassionate and kind. He was able to correct my 2019 taxes which I filed on my own. He filed an amended return and save me a lot of money. I am happy to have found this place!
