Autopay system is broken for loans, constantly takes double payments that take a month plus to unwind and get the extra payment returned.
To Address the response from Siskiyou: Yes your support reached out to me, after I had already called them to see what caused the autopay system to take two payments out of my account, the response was "We don't know why it did that." The offer to send the extra payment back to my account is worthless since it takes a little over a month to reverse the charge. How do I know this? This same thing has happened 4 times to me since I started my loan with them. It has reached a point where I told them not to attempt to fix the issue in any way, as it seems to cause even more issues with their payment system, and yet despite me telling them to not do anything, they still have decided to not listen to their customer and fix the issue despite being told not to.
This has reached a point where I'm looking to refinance with another bank or credit union even if I end up with a higher monthly payment, because paying a little extra each month is still better than being charged twice.

First off SCU Seems customer friendly. Then they get a chance to show there true colors once you start putting money into this institution. I had to stop put money in this bank because they think they can post payments out of my account anytime without my authorization which happened more than once. on a car loan that I had 10 days late they freeze my account. Their customer service is terrible there about themselves and not their customers be aware of where you’re putting your money!!! do not put it with this bank Siskiyou credit union it’s for themselves!

I started my auto loan in 2022 in the amount of $25,000 dollars. This was my first time financing, so my interest rate is extremely high and my credit score is low. Today I owe $9,000 on my loan, and I am almost never late on my payments. (Late 3 times.)I have called them to see about a lesser payment each month and they said no, I have to get my credit up. I called them just now and asked if I put $4,000 down could If I could refinance. THEY SAID NO!!! Do not go through these people for any loans! They want to drain you, and don’t care about doing the right thing.

I have had a few issues with withdrawing my money when I need and want it and the fact that my withdraw limit was not increased and I was deneided access to my money made me very mad . I still bank here but I won't leave much money in my account because I like to have availability. I also haven't been offered to refinance my car since I have been making payments for over a year now and I have a very high interest rate but that's the way it goes .
I knew better than to deposit my pay check early Friday morning into my account Now they are holding 800 dollars and I can't access any of it. I have bills to pay and I can't get any of my cash. I don't recommend this bank. This isn't how banking is suppose to be. People should be able to have access to their money.

I have never found this institution to be convenient or useful at all. In fact, I had opened the account due to the lack of banking in the town my mother lives in and I wanted something local for when I visited and in case she needed access in times of need. I don't use it much so I get dormant account fees, but I also cannot close the account since I'm not local and haven't been there while they're open in several years.
As they slowly take my money, money in which they instead should be *paying me* interest on, I find the institution useless, unaccommodating, and a poor capital choice on my own behalf.
