This is the worst excuse for human services I've ever experienced. Don't bother calling your case worker you will not ever receive a call back. They make up erroneous income so they don't have to help you. My husband and I both disabled. I get medical but he has to pay 2200 a month copay which is way more than his pay each month but I don't have a copay. They are rude and give you the run around and pick and choose who they want to help. The workers are incompetent. They really need to fire everyone and start over. I mean some of the people that work here couldn't even make a burger at burger King yet now they are a worker or supervisor. Really.

Kelen should be fired. Chooses to take people who qualify for expedited services, out of the e expedited services just cuz he feels like it. Family of 3 waiting for 8 days, even tho benefits are required to be issued within 3 days. Haven't even had the interview yet, call and call and call and call and leave many messages for kelen. He doesn't care about getting people food. Lazy effing jerk.if this job is too hard for you kelen, maybe you should go flip some burgers. And then try to apply for food stamps and get jerked around by a lazy worker just like yourself. Unreal. How do you sleep at night kelen. Families go starving while you leave early and never call back your clients. Horrible.

If yiu get assigned the worker Gloria Creamer automatically ask for a new case worker. She is the worst case worker ive ever had to deal with. You’re supposed to report changed within 5-10days. Have been trying to get ahold of her for over a month with no word except for a message through cal benefits. Which isnt even helping. This office itself doesnt do a good job cant get to a supervisor cant get a new case worker. Just keep getting told the same thing we’ll send a messeage to the supervisor and they will get ahold of you long behold its been over a week with no call. And to put the icing on top of the cake one of the front desk people said they watched Gloria walk into her officer proceeded to transfer our call and she still ignored us and never returned our call. GLORIA CREAMER is the worst case worker ever.

Very good employees, helpful, sincere and genuine people. Best Food stamp office I've ever been to. Perks of a small town or just dumb luck, but I'm telling it like it is. Thank you

The lobby was moved down the building and even though there was only one window to serve us that need the services provided, the lady that could have very easily become overwhelmed and be short or bad tempered, was helping all with a smile and good cheer...A huge THANK YOU is in order!!

This place is a joke for the last year I've jumped threw all there hoops, as well as I just did my yearly review 4 months early to get a letter saying that they cut me of for no reason. They said I get I would be getting food stamps but hear it is the 4th and I got nothing. they didn't even tell me why they cut me off. My workers never in the office. Just like when I did the homeless program the payed for my room but didn't help me with anything else. I think the state needs to fire everyone in that office and actually get people that do there jobs.
