The worst !! For handling of their clients Social Security monies…….$280. of fraud charges, gambling and dating sites! And they don’t consider it fraud and won’t submit a request as the Card administrator! Because they are not with the card holder 24 hours a day. And they admit to not watching the account and won’t allow the client too.,…First they tell me that my son, their client, is not mentally competent enough to handle his bills, now he’s miraculously capable of going on line to make these charges! I love it when folks think that they can have it both ways!!! It’s very sad that a lot of folks only have Shasta Money Management to depend on…… some day they will be held accountable for their “practices “….
