If I could rate less I would, terrible communication... Drop my books off weeks in advance. I send emails and call several times. Mike Batson waited untill the last day to say he was going to file an extension for me that would cost me $1081 and gets me nowhere... Keep in mind I'm a sole proprietor working alone so this should not be a complex job.
