Jordan and his team at Servpro do great work. From the very beginning until the end. They are thorough and very professional. Explaining each step completely and answering all questions. We were in a stressful situation with having a pipe burst not once but twice, and they were able to make us feel at ease and get everything taken care of. I don’t usually write reviews, but Jordan and the team at ServPro absolutely deserve to be recognized. They went above and beyond when helping with mold removal and repairs in my dad’s basement — during what was a really stressful time for our family. Jordan was a total blessing. He communicated clearly and consistently, keeping me informed every step of the way, which gave me so much peace of mind.

Their work was truly superior — I honestly don’t know what Jordan is paid, but whatever it is, it’s not enough! If you need any kind of cleanup or restoration at home, do yourself a favor and call ServPro. Skipping them would be a huge disservice to yourself. Can’t thank them enough!

I had a flooded basement that I thought I could handle myself…turns out I couldn’t! I called Servpro around 10:45pm and had Dallas and another gentleman in my home by midnight. Jordan did a great job of communicating and following up. They had to come back and cut drywall and take insulation out. Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. Grateful for them for taking the stress off me during a very stressful event! Will always use them in the future if needed.

I live in New York City and our basement was flooded during Hurricane Ida. The storm travel team of Gage, Jakob, Juan, and Jesus from North Kenosha County were amazing. ServPro gave me Gage’s cell number on a Tuesday night at 6:00. I called him right away and they were at my house within 2 hours to do a full inspection of the damage and to set up multiple dehumidifiers and a HEPA filter air scrubber. They then returned and made flood cuts on all the walls. They had to move a lot of things out of the way and did so with care. They set up a barrier between the basement and the open staircase to the 1st floor which really helped keep the mold particles and dust from spreading throughout the house. They bagged all of the damaged drywall and placed it on the curb for pick up. They were professional, hard working, kind, and kept the lines of communication open. Just a tremendous job! I recommend ServPro and their team from North Kenosha County for all remediation services.

Sunday evening we discovered that the city sewer backed up into our basement and we called Servpro to help. Mitch answered and promptly met us and had a team there to start quickly after. Luis, Dallas and Derek and the rest of the crew were amazing. They were there for a week working so hard to clean that mess. Everyone was respectful of our house, and explained what they were doing along the way. Mitch was super responsive and explained everything thru the whole process. I would never wish this situation on anyone but if it does or you need their services I highly recommend. We were very satisfied.

My wife and I have been renovating our historic home for years and over that period worked with several contractors. When the time came to remodel our master bath we wanted to find someone new. After meeting with Marco from Serve pro we were impressed with their professionalism and warmed to the idea of going through the construction process and having workers in our home again.

They provided us with a detailed quote, a start date and an estimated time of completion. They started and completed the project on time and the quote only changed to accommodate our additions to the project.
One of our concerns was that the rooms around the work area might get damaged during the build out. They took great care to protect our home and keep it clean. They contained the construction area with plastic wall barriers, covered our floors to protect them, used hepa filters to control the dust and routinely cleaned the perimeter.

Everyone we meet during the process was friendly and respectful and the quality of the work was very high. Serve Pro did everything they told us they would do in a timely, professional manner that minimized the impact of the construction on our daily lives. We can honestly say that our experience with Servepro was a very positive one. We would absolutely use them again and we feel we can recommend them with confidence.
