When asking questions prior to making appointment for the scheduler wasn't friendly but rude. Had cxcl appt they had nothing available till following week. I had called back and asked for original appt back and they said "No can do." I explained that i thought i had funeral to attend during that time, but i was off by a day. Did they even care about my situation "NO" they didnt. So now no appt and have to start from square one.
