After all the snow in the winter of 2023 in Arnold we had water leaking into our basement. I called SERVPRO and they scheduled someone promptly to come assess the damage. They provided a bid to sand/seal/re-paint where the leaking occurred and installed new drywall. They also coordinated installation of 3 floors of new carpet & laminate flooring. Every step of the way working with Perry at SERVPRO was top notch professional service. The work was done in a timely manner, the price never changed from the original bid, and they kept me informed throughout the project. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
