On this place on immigration they answer most of your questions but the problem I don't like is they take a long time. Second I'm giving two stars is the taxes return they make you wait almost two hours just to talk to an agent. Third my mother paid $90 just to waste her time witch I really got me really mad customer service is really slow I hope manager or owner should change this. Never going do business with this guys again. I recommend that this place is not a good place to do your taxes.

Awful, spent $3,000 to get paperwork done for a change of status. They take forever, papers get denied and they provided zero help afterward. Always giving us the run around to avoid doing work and now I'm having to go to an actual lawyer and pay $2,000 to get it done correctly. Would never consider using or recommending this place.

Response: Except, the person who prepared the papers knew the overstay had taken place and didn't prepare the waiver. When I received the letter to submit a waiver I got zero response from your office and the waiver had a time limit to submit. We were advised the waiver could/should have been submitted with the original application.

Over all I want to thank each and every one of the staff members who helped me get my work permit in Servicio Latino they were very friendly and professional Manuel also knows what he is doing in any work being done, when it comes to immigration he is the best I recently got my work permit in 6 months I am so thankful I found them. I have tried for almost 10 years with other agencies and they all brought my hopes down they told me that nothing could be done in my immigration status but Manuel told me he was able to help me with my case and not just that he was able to get me my work permit in as little as 6 months and now in three years we will go towards the Residency and looking forward to become a Citizen of the united stated thank you for your help and support I will say I will highly recommend Servicio Latino for everyone.

If you have zero ideas about your taxes or what to do and want to make sure that you are not only taken care of but treated as family with the utmost urgency and attention. Go here Manuel has taken all the stress out of tax season and made sure that there is no stone unturned and no hesitation to go through him and his people if I ever need anything or have a simple question I am not sure of!

I paid for paperwork to be done. Months after going back and checking if they are ready they kept putting me off. I paid up front. They refused to do the work amd to give a refund.

this place never answer!!!! i understand that since covid many places have closed, but clearly in their voicemail states that they're working and theyre doing it through mail... We've been leaving voice messages since February! February, its now September! i have paid already and been trying to reach Eughenia but nothing !

Servicio Latino de Immigracion did an amazing job helping my wife's uncle obtain his green card. His case was a very difficult one to fix because another company in town who supposedly are immigration experts did a terrible job with his process and when my wife's uncle went to the interview in Ciudad Juarez, he was rejected and denied and his case was going to be closed due to so many mistakes on the forms. I contacted Servicio Latino to see if they were able to do anything on his case. Servicio Latino decided to take the case and were able to fix all the problems with Immigration and now my wife's uncle has his green card and is living so happy in the United States. Thanks Servicio Latino for the amazing job and for going the extra mile on my case. Servicio Latino is very professional and knowledgeable. So I truly recommend this place for any immigration issues or questions that you might have.
