If y'all are looking for a wedding planner, choose Tina! Looking back on it all, it was the best decision and money well spent throughout the entire wedding planning process. I thought I would be able to plan a wedding all by myself but a month in I realized I needed help because, oh boy, it is seriously overwhelming! I had Zoom calls with a handful of planners but Tina was the one who stood out to me as the most experienced, well-organized, and forthcoming about her plans leading up to and the day-of the wedding. I knew I would be in great hands, and I was right! She helped us stay on track to the personalized timeline she created for us, helped us find all our vendors, whom were fantastic!, and all while staying within our tight budget. And whenever I had any questions, Tina was very prompt to reply to my emails and texts. As for the day-of, she executed everything perfectly. From coordinating with all the vendors to stick to her customized day-of itinerary, to setting up the decorations and making the venue absolutely beautiful, and also checking in with me to make sure I was doing ok. That meant a lot. I ended up having the time of my life and was totally stress-free! There were even some minor complications that came up, which I didn't find out about until after the wedding, because she was so quick to jump on them and take care of them without me even knowing. That just showcases her professionalism to handle these events, which really helped me remain stress-free and to have a great time. Thank you so much, Tina, for everything and for making our dream wedding a reality 🙂

Anyone debating on a wedding planner? What about a day-of coordinator? Let me tell you it was worth it. Tina was an essential part of our day. She made sure that everything went smoothly, we stayed on time (almost) and made sure the vendors had everything they needed and executed to the plan beautifully. I did all the planning myself but Tina met with me several times to check in and make sure I didn’t miss anything. We did have a couple of surprise remedies that needed to be taken care of on the actual day and Tina worked with my family and bridal party to take care of them without a hitch. She also offers rentals for things like décor and signs for very reasonable prices and has great connections with vendors if you’re needing more input during the planning process.

Tina is a gem. Our wedding went smoothly because of her efforts. My wedding was a whirlwind with her, but it would have been a hurricane without her! Tina is the sole reason I kept a level head during wedding planning. Not to mention she is the coolest person EVER! She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding (a VERY detail oriented wedding) went seamlessly and ended up beyond my wildest dreams! Throughout the planning process, she was always prompt to reply to my text and calls and made me feel like I was her only priority. The day of the wedding, her & her team worked seamlessly with the team at Hotel Zaza so that I did not have to worry about a thing. I got text updates from her throughout the day to see what beautiful work was unfolding at my ceremony site. Throughout the wedding, she made sure everything ran smoothly and then made sure all of my belongings were returned to me after the wedding! THANK YOU TINA!!!!

To say that Tina goes above and beyond for her couples would be an understatement. She was extremely helpful during the planning stages,  making sure we had all our bases covered, on budget, and on time. She is very easy to work with, communicates clearly, and provides valuable insight and feedback. Tina is an angel who kept me sane during my 9 month engagement. She kept me on track and eased all my anxieties whenever I started freaking out. She has so many connections and all her recommendations for bar catering, DJ, and florist were perfect and our wedding was a dream. She was helpful from beginning to end and I'm so glad we had her. I highly suggest having a planner, even a day-of coordinator, and I can't recommend Tina enough. She goes above and beyond and truly loves all her clients!

Tina is a true gift. We truly could not have done it without her and I’ll forever be thankful! We paid for one of the smaller packages and I still feel she went above and beyond for us and our 12.2.22 wedding. It may be small (and maybe silly of me), but coming back to our table every now and then after I’d exhaust myself on the dance floor and seeing my drink always refilled, I felt truly cared for and it warmed my heart. Knowing I could just enjoy our day and Tina making sure everything was taken care of- the relief, peace, and joy I felt! Especially after all the hard work and time put into planning with all of life’s other challenges. As we all know, wedding planning is WORK, so I am EXTRA appreciative of how Tina guided us with our to-do’s, answered any questions we had, made amazing suggestions, gave extremely helpful tips, and checked in on how we were and our progress. I hope she gets all the recognition she deserves because she is astounding and beyond amazing at her job. I absolutely recommend Tina and know you won’t regret it!

Tina is so sweet and nice. Working with her makes everything so much easier. I hired her as a day-of coordinator but what she did was like a 3 -4 month coordinator! She helped me contact with some of my vendors, organize all the details, plan the wedding, make a timeline, etc. My ceremony was supposed to be outdoor but it rained badly a few days before so the grass couldn't get dry on the wedding day. Tina knew I wanted to keep that outdoor ceremony so bad so she came a few hours earlier than what she was supposed to to check the grass condition for me to see if we could still do it. Unfortunately we couldn't. Tina coordinated to move the plan inside. The ceremony turned out perfectly and beautifully. Trust me, you won't regret of hiring her. She does more than what she is supposed to do. And she always wants the best for her brides.
