I sought Colton Mortenson's help to clear up the confusion I had regarding medicare itself, and the differences in supplemental health insurances and prescription drug coverage plans.

With Covid and all the changes in life, including my parents moving into my home, I had gotten to a point that things that should be easy became hard. I was overwhelmed at how I would help my parents make changes to their medicare advantage plan. When I finally got over some of it and was on the phone with Colton I immediately felt comfortable. Colton answered all my questions. He even made a personal connection to put more at ease. He walked me through all the changes I needed to do and followed up as progress was made in the process. My phone call came as the business was mourning the loss of an owner and the company was taking time for a funeral. Colton worked around attending the service while giving me the help I needed.
