We have been clients of Sean for 7 years. He was recommended to us when we bought a home in 2014. Since then, Sean handles all our insurance needs (home, auto, life) and also some retirement investments. Sean is very knowledgeable and professional and on top of that a super nice person! It is great to have a local representative with an office in town and personal service goes along way. Country might not be the cheapest option for everyone of our insurance needs (I actually never checked)? However, even if that we’re the case, Sean makes up for it in customer service. The fact that we can just call him or drop him an email and he responds within hours is of more value to us than saving a few dollars thru an online insurance company. We appreciate you, Sean!

I was hard on Mr. Marler when I first met him because I thought he was so young (after his predecessor), but through the last ten years he has unswerving served me for my own good and thoughtfully. I would not change anything about him or the way he conducts business. Once I had moved across the state (500 miles away) and he was able to meet up with me when he was doing a seminar or some training in the area. Excellent personal service.
In the last few years I have had increasing health difficulties and at one point my son wanted to help me with investments (including moving from my Compass account). I ended up in part giving into him and having a financial consultant look over my situation. I am sure he thought the decision would be for me to change out of Compass. She did a financial analysis and said, " I was skeptical, but they have done wonders for you.. You account it is well above what I normally see over time. Well done! " So now I do not hear about changing Compass! Nice to have verified and I happy to share the results.
Given the bad years recently, my account just seems to grow (happy though as I am sad to say I really need part of it now).

Aside from my happy results from Sean Marler on Compass, I have my home insured with Country Company as it seems to be the only company who factors in earthquake insurance here in the Carson City area.
