She did a thorough walkthrough of the house with us, answering all of our questions along the way. On top of that, she even took the time to meet us back at the house after her workday just so we could take measurements for our appliances — such a thoughtful gesture that really went above and beyond. Everything has been incredibly smooth, and we’re excited to be moving into our new home this April. I've recently been working with Sea Coast Rentals on a big cross country move from Phoenix to North Carolina. My dream for my retirement was to find something close to the beach and to move back to my East coast roots. I stumbled across a house in Sneads Ferry listed for rent by SCR. My first contact was with Lora who was so gracious and kind. Kelly then did a very thorough virtual tour of the house for me and Tammi closed the deal. I'm new to home-owning and being a landlord (bought 2021, turned rental 2023), but they helped ME understand the legal, financial, and other aspects of renting our a property and I feel at ease with them managing the tenants and daily challenges of the property. They make sure MY PROPERTY stays in good shape with maintenance scheduling, recommended repairs, thorough move-in and move-out inspections, and advice on insurance and other coverages. They run a tight ship and use creative solutions, from years of experience to save me money and protect MY INVESTMENT. Example: I had a tenant who had to break the lease and considered not paying remaining balance, but the Sea Coast Rental team worked with the tenant to make a payment plan which he could afford on a monthly basis, resulted in full payment of the rent that was due, and protected him from a black mark on his credit score. So if you are a tenant with Sea Coast Rentals, they work hard to help you too (JFYI).
