Scott is absolutely the best contractor. He is fast, efficient, and does not try to take advantage of anyone ?( a man of honesty and integrity, rare breed)❤️ This guy is the real deal. Scott I appreciate you coming out within hours to diagnose the problem on a Sunday nonetheless. Turn around the next day and have a whole new compressor in my system and my whole house NICE and COOL by the time I got off of work. You and your astonishing skill set are greatly appreciated. Thank you for keeping us cool? ?

We just bought a home in Coolidge been here 4 days, woke up this morning no A/C, of course this would happen on the holiday, home warranty office closed...of course it is. Googled A/C in Coolidge and found Scott, he was here within a few hours had it fixed in an hour and didn't take me to the cleaners. He saved our first 4th of July cookout with family in our new home...
Will call in the future for sure...

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Called Scott to come drain my condensation drain. he was very rude and unprofessional since the beginning. Changes the price over the phone twice. Yesterday when i first called it was 80 and now today its 127.50. Said he would be here by 10:00 AM then said he couldn't come for a few hours. I called again today at about 2:20 pm to see what time he would be coming. He was very rude and said “didn't i text you about an hour ago, then continued to say find someone else” and hung up the phone. When he answer's the phone sounds very annoyed and rude and responds with “yeah” or “what”. My whole hallway carpet if flooded underneath and my ceiling is leaking. If i would have known how unprofessional he was going to be I would have called someone else 24 hours ago
HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. If i would have called someone else my ceiling and hallway would not be this bad. SHAME ON YOU SCOTT.

Our AC went out about a week ago and we contacted Scott’s AC and Heating LLC really early in the morning as we were needing someone to come out that same day. He reached back out to us almost immediately and came out that very same day even though he was really busy already. He was able to get the parts needed the next day and install a new condenser the following day. He did a wonderful install and we came home to our house cool and ac working beautifully. We are very happy with how attentive he was and very honest. He quoted us a very reasonable price and was communicative. We thank you Scott!!

Very rude!! Mad that I called 4 times even though it says open 24 hrs...

Yes rude! You called back on your high horse and were very rude, instead of talking about the situation you wanted to talk about how many times I called and my husband as well, which he never called you, spoke to you or even addressed you. Being a small business owner himself this is not at all how you would handle customers at all. If you have a problem with how many times people call then maybe you should post 24 hrs unless I'm busy or in the attic? So they don't make you upset and hurt your feelings?

Scott came out when my downstairs a/c stopped working and got my system backup and running quickly. Very professional, thorough and quick. He even came back out late in the day, after 9pm, to finalize the repair so my family could sleep in a cool house. I will use Scott in all future a/c repairs I need and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I had another co. cancel today so I called around and Scott made himself available today for a service. It turned into a small repair which he fully explained, showed us exactly what was happening, and then offered to do it right then and there for a very reasonable rate. He was very detailed in his explanation and provided us with a whole lot more info plus some tips on things to watch for. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. We will continue to use his co and recommend him highly!!
