Fields was my husband's attorney for a business LLC. She gave little to no legal advice to two new business owners, most importantly the need for a buy/sell agreement. When it came to dissolution she clearly favored one partner over the other & did not recuse herself from making biased suggestions. Just do yourself a favor and get an experienced attorney. I promise it's well worth the money.
