Very small place not many machines, $40 membership. Too pricey for lack of space especially after work hours. Has a 15 day trial for $15 so that’s a plus

Gym is safe, clean, & has the equipment you need to accomplish a wide variety of goals. Staff itself gets 5/5 stars!!! Several types group classes available. If you want dedicated personal training, too, I highly recommend Wendy Jones-Worden!!!

This awesome gym is the definition of u get what u pay for! April and her team are great! They’re knowledgeable, caring, and quick to help u with anything u need! The atmosphere is very nice peaceful at all hours of the day! As a woman in a co-ed gym I don’t feel intimidated at all! They have tons of great classes with awesome instructors, offer personal training, nutritional information, and also team up with a meal prep company! Which is very very good btw! Overall great place to be for all your fitness needs!

Nice small clean gym. Not crowded during the mornings. I just wish they offered more group classes in the mornings. More Zumba, jazzercise, general fitness classes would be great!

I never actually went to this place but me and my friend are wanting to go soon but we want to go early in the morning but we don't know if we can sense the time of opening is 10 on your website but we thought you were a 24 hour gym. Hence the name
