A lovely community. There is a club house for the families living there. It has a swimming pool that seems to be well used during the season. Well maintained landscaping through out.

A beautiful neighborhood with a terrible POA. Don't let the view fool you. The POA is a huge problem, they don't like pets, they write you letters and fine you for the littlest things. People have sold their homes to move away because the POA has chased them out. I've talked to many many people who are afraid to even go outside. It's ridiculous.
