Horrible experience. They don’t answer questions over the phone about their bookkeeping and tax services. You can’t even set up an initial appointment on that first call. They require you to leave a message so they can screen the message and “determine” if they’re taking on new clients or not (as was explained to me by the admin who answered my call) which sounds very peculiar, extremely biased and excluding. Further, they didn’t even bother to call back! Complete waste of time. You’d think a CPA firm who advertises their services would actually want to bring in new clients to offer those services to. I will ensure ALL those I conduct business with throughout the valley will be warned to steer clear of this organization.
