Jack and his team have done an amazing job supporting us through existing network repairs and maintenance and in addition built out two new installations for us! Neither my wife nor I are "tech savvy", and RJ PRO has been a godsend. When the cat jumped on the keyboard of our laptop and turned everything on the screen up-side-down, RJ PRO fixed the problem. And when "Word" vanished and our files were messed up, RL PRO was there. Stephen and the crew have helped us many, many times and done it quickly.
