Dnt know which lawyers I talked too, but was horrible conversation basically waste my time interrogate me instead of asking me what was the issue and what happen to make me reach out to a civil lawyer told him thank your for wasting your my time and I dnt want your service. Worst lawyers I ever talked to. And was the easiest case to be take and win( construction company many knocked down whole back gate he asking me questions that has nothing to do with me calling in

I am in disbelief that such a well known firm would subject their clients to the lowest standards possible of any communication. You will never get a call back to get information about your case. We were completely abandoned and neglected. We patiently waited thinking the attorney was doing his job and working on the case, only to realize he was doing nothing. How can you GHOST your clients? There is no communication from this firm whatsoever. If you no longer wanted to deal with the case please let us know so that we had a choice to get help elsewhere. We were desperate for help and trusted you. We reached out at least 20 times with no response back. The most recent call we made was to Sue at the office 3 weeks ago to see if there was a bill so that we may pay it. I would hope not, but wanted to be sure. She said she would call back and never did. Please do better for people who put their trust in your services.

My attorney blew me off for almost 3 years this December. I would call he was either out or busy. Never a call back!!! I even had the secretary’s not answer my calls they just let the phone ring.I knew that because they told him I called. I was never rude to any of them so I didn’t understand why!! That was my only return call I ever received. I wasn’t a big buck client so I guess I was a waste of time. Just needed some help with my families trust.

I highly recommend this law firm I had a lot of stuff going on and I was under a timeline I know that’s probably most people’s situation when dealing with a law firm ha ha but they were so patient with me and also so fast with everything.Piermario was my lawyer and he took care of everything expeditiously and thoroughly he is also a very personable man. I also noticed that of the half dozen times I’ve visited the office I was passed, acknowledged,and greeted with a smile by Mr. Diersen(one of the partners) I thought that was a really nice touch. Piermario’s paralegal Carolynn fielded so many of my questions and phone calls I know I was being a bother but she never let on. I also then had a follow up matter a few months later that I was told By my realtor was something that takes weeks to get done and Caroline got right on it the next morning and had it done in a few days for me.I could not be more grateful. I really do recommend these guys. I was so happy with them that when my daughter was rear ended I called Piermario who recommended James Payne another lawyer at the firm and when I met with him I was equally impressed, he has thus far been excellent in both personal demeanor(I’m thinking it does come down from the top) and procedure.Jame’s assistant Elaina has also been courteous and patient the many times I’ve spoken with her.

Initially, the attorney seemed empathic and eager to assist, but then failed to follow up as promised. Discouraging, especially since I am out of state dealing with the death of a loved one... The "reception" staff was quite gracious and helpful
