Joe literally told my husband who’s in a wheelchair that he was disabled because he didn’t PRAY enough. He told him he is genetically inferior for having a disease that has absolutely NOTHING to go with genetics (..read a book JOE, google is free). Joe explained to my disabled husband in front of multiple people that is he DROVE TO TEXAS to see a preacher that he would be healed of the multiple sclerosis that has cause PERMANENT tissue damage in his brain. We have gone through years and years of medical research and trauma just to be told by a man that has never known the struggle of disability that WE ARENT DOING ENOUGH because we haven’t prayed hard enough?!? The woman behind the pharmacy counter had to come out and profusely apologize for Joe’s actions and words. Joe’s completely unaccountable for the ableism he is spewing to human beings. Completely unexceptionable as someone who is a “man of God” to be belittling someone like he did to my husband. We will absolutely never be stepping foot in this pharmacy again, ever. I suggest if you don’t want to be verbally harassed or judged, you don’t either. Disgusting behavior.

I will ALWAYS be a faithful RRRX client! I don't mind the extra waiting times experienced here and then. The generosity and compassion the staff shows towards our elderly community is really remarkable. I have personally witnessed Joe explain the same things over and over again to a PT whom appeared to be hard of hearing, he never loses his patience and that to me is priceless. At times you will wait, big deal. Just take a seat and enjoy the example Joe and his staff set in "how to provide excellent customer service". God bless y'all!

Pharmacist Joe, is amazing! My husband was released from hospital on Saturday after hours for the pharmacy. It was the Labor Day weekend, so the store would be closed Sunday & the following Monday. The medication was vital after my husband’s surgery. Joe filled the prescriptions & delivered to my house! He is a caring and amazing individual!!

Overcharged me by double, takes over 30 minutes to get prescription that was sent over 7 days in advance. Place looks super outdated now. Only the owner does things quick and accurately.

I think the clerk was frightened of me and nervously watched me and talked to me. Would not take his eyes off of me. Even tried to get me to buy at a grocery store up the street. Part of me wishes i had stuffed my jacket with Doritos and Payday bars, but I bought something I didn't want just so he didn't think I was a theif. LOL Very clean on the inside, though.

This Pharmacy is the best I just love it how Joe treats his customers he puts his customers request to another level I used to get my medicine at Walgreen's and changed to Rio rico best decision ever now I'm trying to get my family to move with him the Best overall Customer service in Town!!
