I was delightfully impressed! I had read a bad review and hesitated to use this business. I actually talked to the gal doing taxes at Walmart from RIce Accounting and she was so nice and helpful I decided to give them a chance. I paid the same price as software to do my taxes myself. I was in and out in a half hour with a nice refund. Lisa prepared my return and I Ieft with a smile. The Receptionist greeted me and thanked me for coming. The whole experience was great and I will be going back next year!

I contacted this company based on their good reviews. Wow!! I don't know how they got these reviews! They are extremely, unusually unfriendly to new customers on the phone. And very unprofessional.

Unless you are used to being serviced by an unfriendly and unaccommodating company, I wouldn't use them!

Maybe they are nice to their old customers. But, as a new customer, i wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole.
