Randee Brennan is the best Property Manager. I have know Randee for more than 15 years and she manages all my properties. She manages all her properties with professional and strategic insights to the ever changing markets. Randee stays ahead of and it’s very proactive in her management style. She is an awesome communicator and she is 100% hands on from all aspects of management. She has first hand knowledge and can adapt and resolve any issues which may arise. Randee always makes sure the properties are extremely well maintained and she is more than fair and cost effective. Randee is committee to her clients and makes them feel like theirs is the only property she is managing. She is always in huge demand and there is a good reason , because she is the best!!! Before I decided to sell, Randee Brennan was my property manager for several years and did a great job for me.Then deciding to sell my home John and his whole team were awesome! There was a lot to be done to get the house ready to sell. While I was living in California John and his team handled so much for me and got my house sold very quickly. Brennan Property Management has managed six of my rental properties for seven years. I couldn’t be more pleased. When I have a tenant move out of any of my properties Randee Brennan normally has a new tenant in place within a few days. She checks credit, does background checks and is very careful who she rents too. In seven years I’ve never had a tenant not pay their monthly rent.
One thing that is so important to me is when a repair needs to be done she has contacts with various repair people that does the repairs a a responsible price. I never receive a call from a tenant. Randee handles everything. If a major repair is needed she contacts me to get my approval.
I highly recommend Brennan Property Management.

Randee has rented out a home with bad tenants. These tenants are disrespectful and do not respect the HOA. If you like to hear 3 dogs bark all day and all night live by a Randee rental. After a phone call 3 months ago to Randee she said she would take care of it. Now she won’t answer phone calls, texts, or emails. Very unprofessional! Ironic that Gary Carson praised her in a review? Hey Gary, thanks for allowing Randee to bring down our neighborhood with a home you own! Hopefully HOA will contact Randee and Gary Carson to fix this problem.

We were managed by a lazy, unresponsive, short-cut-taking maintenance manager before BPM took over. Randee & her company BPM did a phenomenal job! They responded promptly, got every issue we had taken care of immediately and she always followed through with her plans for the property. You can trust BPM will be there when you need them!!
