They keep saying they’re gonna send maintenance, but I don’t see no repairs done. My contract is full of lies. stating that I have new stuff in here. Nothing’s new in here. got a prorated quote on my rent. They wanna charge me extra. They don’t know how to divide the month! The management on site don’t know what she’s doing. She talks bad about her own boss named Patty. Once you call the Regency management they give you the runaround they can never give you a straight answer forward. The manager on site even told me they rented out paisa. They move in like nothing. They’ll rent it out how it is.🥵.

Received a threatening phone call this morning by someone here. This is unacceptable, harassing behavior on their behalf. Update: I paid my rent and the idiots put up a 3 day notice.

They gave me a chance to establish myself with having little credit I was a small business owner of only one year and a full time student at 49 years starting over in life. The apartment was a gated community complex, no crime, clean, and the Manager Guadalupe listened to my story. I received great treatment and a 2nd chance in life. They also informed me when I moved to a bigger place that I would be welcomed in any of their rentals if I needed a place.

The fact that this place does not care at all about the maintenance of many of their apartment buildings is disturbing.
Chancing the name of the place did not made anything better but the owners pocket.
Maywood is apartments has the worst managers management in the apartments.
Trash everywhere. Buildings look worse than an abandoned houses. And is no joke how they do not even care about people coming here to complain because Patricia at the office has absolutely no direccion about being a person in charge. she is a very dishonest person who has no class or experience to deal with people. She yells at people both on the phone and in person and has no pity she is a very cold and unpleasant person.

Two same companies this one and pama mngt. Worst management ever,( their employers), gives anyone a job without prior management experience/skills nor work credentials to fully manage a building, as a tenant if you fear of seeking legal help DO NOT HESITATE!! , get housing involved ASAP

This management company has left my disabled brother without heat for two years. Many requests made by him and me, with no response whatsoever. They are in violation of ADA and there are many infractions that have been unaddressed for years. DONOT RENT from any of their properties. Slum lords at best, at worst, inhuman.

All personal from Manger to her supervisor do not care about caring for properties in their list. They are an awful management company, who would hire this company to manage their property,.do not recommend anyone renting from this company or hiring them to manage you property. Their rating tells it all
