Mike responds in a very timely manner to our calls or emails. He is extremely knowledgeable but does not hesitate to tell us when he feels that he needs to fully research a question, thus, giving us the option to pay extra or find answers ourselves. Mike Regala came to the rescue today to fix our wireless security cameras.

After numerous calls and insane phone wait times with technical support (45 minutes+ on hold) with the manufacturer of our wireless camera, I finally gave up on them and decided to call Regala Consulting and I am SO GLAD I DID.

Mike was super-professional, knew his stuff, and was in-and-out within just an hour. He even had time to help us try to clear out our email server, which was maxed out.
