I signed up with these people, paid my $20 with my credit card. I had questions so before I proceeded I tried to call him several times. They never would call me back nonresponsive. So after about an hour I told him to just cancel it and forget about it. They didn’t even offer to return my $20. They never called me back. Never see my messages. If I couldn’t Speak with someone to answer my questions in the beginning, I didn’t feel like it would get any better through the process. Beware, beware, beware,. These people will not speak with him but they are willing to take your money to this day they still haven’t returned my $40 that they did absolutely nothing for. Crooks. Crooks.

This is the WORST place of business I have ever dealt with. They take money when they want to, they DO NOT communicate AT ALL, the hours do not correspond with what is on the website at all. You literally have to call back to back and then you STILL get mediocre service. These people took 297 dollars out of my bank account in less that 20 days and that is so unacceptable. At this point I am ready to report them to the BBB so that no one else will have these type of problems.

It is real sad when we are trying to better ourselves and fix our credit, but also have to vigilant on who we are working with. People are just not honest these days but make it sound so good.

I have been with the Reddibuy since the beginning of January 2020 it is now June 2020 and they have deleted things from my Trans Union also my Experian account Unfortunately recently this week 4 previous collections reoccurred on my Experian account. And almost nothing was done to my Equifax. I’m canceling their service as of now. 6 months and still no satisfaction. Hard to Communicate with. I have asked you numerous of times to set my monthly payment for the 15th of each month and every month they take my money out on the 1st of each month. Barely answers phone.

I paid my $19 startup fee and haven’t heard nothing back. I called them to verify my payment, they said they don’t see me in the system. I showed them my bank statement where it came out, and nothing. Enjoy that $19... crooks........

I'm about to cancel. Don't get me wrong the service was awesome, a few things were deleted and I was receiving letters from the bureaus. The reasoning for my cancellation is due to 1. It's a vantage score not Fico. Fico is what's used mostly. Not the same thing. 2. It's 3 days from February and after asking 3 times I have never received a Jan. update and I shouldn't have to ask every month for the updates. Been with them since November and like I said it's great, just not my forte. Also(and they probably did and I overlooked it) they need to make it clear that it's not Fico.

This guy on Instagram does funny videos and he's always mentioning this company he brought a helicopter two tractors and a ship cause he said they fixed his credit I just want a submarine if they can fix my credit ‍♂️‍♂️
