I had been going to Carlos for a few years . This year I used someone else to prepare my taxes because he did not have any openings. Of course it was a mistake the other tax preparer messed up my taxes while I was in the middle of escrow. Franticly I called Carlos and he got me in the next morning before they even opened . He fixed my taxes and was amazing as usual . I will never go anywhere else and I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is simply the very best . Thank you so much !!!!!

Update. Many years later I still go to Carlos and he is still the absolute best! Amazing and knowledgeable at what he does, it is always an easy and wonderful experience, his staff is kind and helpful!

Was looking over the tax returns they just filed for our family and there are some major discrepancies, what they said we would owe is only half of what the IRS is saying we owe. I called to speak to someone the moment i said what it was regarding the tone changed and everyone was with a client and i would get a call back this does not sit well, i will update my post when i get their response and lets hope it is legit and there isn't some form of fraud here.
