Quail property management is the management for my homeowners association I think they do very little. And charge a lot they hire landscapers there are there for about 30 minutes and if you look at the monthly charge it's astronomical the pool is closed most of the year along with a jacuzzi don't you think after you went skiing you might want to sit in a nice jacuzzi they have solar panels and a well for their use but do not afford this to the people that live there. I don't think much of them
