My wife and I just completed the green card process for her with Jennifer Chang's help. While our case was fairly clean and uncomplicated, with Jennifer's help it went incredibly smoothly, without a hitch. Jennifer submitted our application in November, and to our surprise, we got the interview in early May, and the green card followed two weeks later, much quicker than we expected. Apparently INS has now caught up on their backlog and is much more current than before.

Jennifer was very easy to work with, explained the process clearly, helped us with numerous questions about my wife's current visa situation and passport, and prepped us very well for the interview.
