AWFUL!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! Warning, they promised a product and never finished! Here is an email sent by Brian months ago, with ZERO replies since:

"We have been struggling with personnel issues. We had to let two new coders go in short succession for cause. We are ramping up with contractors as committed, ethical coding talent has been difficult to maintain. You have been more than patient, and I hope you can be patient with us a bit longer while we sort through this mess.

Brian is wonderful! As a solo founder of a small business without a large team, having someone I can call to help out with the numbers side of things as needed is a huge help. We purchased services that did not work. Brian does not respond to emails and the customer home is not working. I think they went out of business. We were left holding the bag.
