I've had a great experience with PMI. Paolo has been incredibly responsive by email and I appreciate that he has taken the time to walk me through the online portal, explain how repairs get documented, and answer my questions. I highly recommend PMI for your property manager needs. Lester gets 5 stars. He is always there to help with anything you need and there to work with you if needed. If something is broke they call back fast. PMI is definitely the best PM i have ever rented from.
