They are very quick to come and take your things from your home after an accident, but to get anything returned is next to impossible. The team is very unorganized and seem incompetent. No one really knows where your belongings went, and just short of hiring a lawyer, you may never see your things again. Had the unfortunate mishap of dealing with this company twice in less than 10 years. If you can find another company that does the same. I would HIGHLY recommend doing so!!!

They came and cleaned up some water that I had come into my house from a burst pipe. They were here in a moments notice and were very professional the whole time. I met several of their employees; Jim, Leif, some dude with a nice mustache and a kind demeanor and some other people. Everything was fixed in like three days. I highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about PLM. Everyone there is so helpful and nice. When I called for help they came out to the house right away. The guys that cleaned up the house were so great and fast at getting the job done. Would recommend over and over.
