In late August of 2022 my therapist left and I was placed on a wait list. I reached out to the manager after a month and was told there was no news and she'd reach out the next week with an update. Well its Feb 9th 2023 and I haven't been given an update. I've attempted to call multiple timea and no one ever picks up. No one ever returns a call. Really great when you are seeking help for your mental health. Thanks PSG!

Management is unprofessional and hypocritical towards its employees. A constant pattern of disrespect is shown to its workers from upper managment. Extremely saddening to see how this business is run.
