Billy at Pro Comp has so far helped me with three home inspections as an out of state buyer. Each time the process was smooth and timely as required for closing. He was even so kind as to stop an inspection that had significant safety/structural findings and ask if I wished to proceed with the whole inspection and offered a refund. Billy was great. Very friendly; polite & thorough in the inspection. He took his time inspecting the house inside and out. More importantly, he went thru his findings; he pointed out specific items that were of a concern (even if minor); and explained what the concern was and why. I'm moving from Illinois, and am used to having a basement; and different set up for water& sewer lines. Billy shared information of things I would need to watch for and what to do or not do in given circumstances. Very helpful. I would totally recommend him.
