I will say I'm a senior with major health and financial issues. My calls to this number were minimized as was I. I wanted to see why my apartment manager would not tell me if my rent was going up at the end of my lease ending on September 25th 2024. The answer was basically that your income to debt ratio needed higher rents to satisfy your shareholders. Sip your bubblies and congratulate yourselves on the blood money you extract from wonderful yet needy people. Shame shame shame.
