Girl manager in this location on East Washington is very disrespectful to her staff and customers. Very aggressive and abusive to the elderly and disabled. There is only one in Madison. Sad

Service at PLS was an improvement since i was there last year. The two Customer Service Reps Ronald and Erica are professionally awesome. They found a better solution for me to pull funds off my card. Even though the bank was causing some delays, their suggestions to the issue allowed me to get the funds that day. Thank you a million times over Ronald and Erica.

Kanisha was incredibly helpful, polite and professional. Very friendly and even gave me a referral for a workers comp attorney. She shared her experience and had great advice. Will definitely use this location again in the future! You guys have an excellent employee in her at this store!

So glad I was able to visit Pls today! I didn't know they did dmv services until someone else told me so I stopped in to get my registration sticker and Erica helped me and was quick with it especially with those pretty nails of hers, she typed away
so effortlessly!..Thanks Pls for offering dmv services especially on the weekend and to Erica with superb customer service. I will visit again!

Kamisha has been one of the best PLS employees I’ve met since the location on park st. Her personality and work ethic is top tier. I’ve been a customer of PLS for 2 decades now and I’ve never seen someone so prideful in their work. This past holiday I wasn’t sure how I would be able to send my family money as I did not have the proper information with me and kamisha did everything in her power to ensure my family could celebrate the holidays!

I wish you could rate 0 stars because there isn’t anything this place could do that would earn them even a single star. Extremely unprofessional, even answering the phone at times claiming to be another business because apparently childish behavior is absolutely funny to these people. I don’t know if the manager is just as incompetent as their employees, or they are that clueless to how the employees behave. They are also extremely rude and the most odious people I have ever witnessed at a company. They should also change their hours to show that they close 30 minutes early every single day. So if you are on your way trying your hardest to get there before they close, there is really no point on trying because they closed 20 minutes before you got in the car to get there in time. You can be there 10 minutes before “closing time” and you will still not be able to cash a check. Because they are so self absorbed with what time they get out of the building, they wouldn’t dare take the 3 minutes it takes to cash a check for anyone. Even if that person needed that money so bad to let’s say, get a hotel to get out of a snow storm or extremely cold weather. They wouldn’t care if your children are starving or if you needed gas in your car to get you home. Nope… no! They could care less because it’s all about them being able to literally clock out at the top of the hour. Maybe their employee hours should run 30 minutes longer so that they weren’t allowed to clock out until 30 minutes after the business technically is supposed to close. That way they can’t lock the door with an open sign glowing in the window 30 minutes early. Who gets a job, walks in the door and says, “as little as possible” and still has a job at the end of the day? This place is an absolute joke and so is every single person who works here. Just an absolute waste in the workplace and shouldn’t be able to hold a job. They wouldn’t have a job if they worked where I worked, they’d be fired before the end of the day. But hey they’d be home at a good time!
