Kenosha Metal Products has been with Platinum Systems for about five years now. We transitioned from in-house IT support, to cloud based. Platinum has proven that location doesn't matter. They are on call 24/7 for critical issues, and just an email away for day to day questions and needs. There response time is great. The staff is friendly and very professional. It was a big deal for us to go with virtual IT support, but Platinum has made it simple. Great job Platinum Team!!
